Useful questions

Before requesting Faux Basalt Columns

Are price and availability confirmed?

No. This page starts a sourcing conversation. Rio must confirm the variant, quantity, price, availability, and timing before an order.

How do I calculate a useful quantity?

Measure the layout, then record the documented piece dimensions, joint pattern, cuts, breakage allowance, and full-package rules. Confirm the actual variant before turning area into a piece count.

Will the material match the photo?

Do not assume it will. Review the image-truth label, caption, and any credit. Natural materials and current lots can vary; request a current-lot check or sample when appearance is decisive.
